Would definitely stay there again

Massive property for Japan, super clean, great facilities. Location was quite good too, close to train station, two grocery stores, and multiple convenience stores.

Wifi was almost unusable, very poor reception and kept dropping out which is really not acceptable. The room would benefit from an extra pillow considering there’s just a small pillow.

We loved out stay and it was the perfect location to stay to see all of Osaka.

We loved the fact that you could do your laundry each day and do some basic cooking was a BIG bonus. The advance features of the bathroom and toilet was a really novelty for the kids as they loved how there was a button for everything.

We stayed 7 days. We would have thought that at least once out of our stay there would have been a clean up ... there was no one that came to change sheets or anything. Once we go use to the fact that we were not getting any cleaning services and we had to do everything like our own home we were fine with it.

It is good size for a family, and it has washing n drying machine so if you’re staying for a while it is a good thing to have. It is also close to train station and supermarket.

Check in and check out was seamless, and its one of the most spacious apartments I’ve ever stayed in in Japan. 3 min walk to the metro and kombinis all within a stone’s throw, lovely stay. Was so comfortable that i was in a hurry to go back to the apartment after dinner everyday.

I loved everything, the neighbourhood was a little quiet but it adds to the charm of the quaint space.

Spacious Room in Convenient Location

The facilities were super comprehensive. There were washing machine with detergent, shower room that can turn into drying room, microwave, kitchen utensils, smart TV and sofa. The room was super spacious. The location is really convenient, only 1 stop to central areas like Namba and Shinsaibashi. Several conbini/convenient stores were available in walking distance. Good for long stay.

The mattress was too firm and the pillows were not fluffy. You have to clean the room by yourself (there was a vacuum cleaner).

lovely stay, I would pick this place to stay again if I come back to Osaka, if the price would be slightly lower

Huge space - very spacious, never lived in such a huge apartment in Osaka before! I feel good in such a big space Location is highly convenient - only one stop to the central spot for shopping and very close to convenient stores cafes and the subway entrance The place is much more cleaner than expected based on past reviews, I am satisfied with the clean apartment, no major issues at all

The early check out time probably, but it’s fair. There’s no luggage storage once you check out since there’s no reception, but for us it’s fine as we didn’t plan to stick around after checkout anyways, but it would be nice to have that option. The only con is that there is a very loud “Buzz” sounds coming from the outside, I could not figure out what it is, I thought it must be a major electrical generator building next to the apartment, or there is a major generator right outside the balcony? it’s a visible Buzzing sound once I got in the centre of the apartment, clearly came from outside the living room window. But since we can’t do anything about it, I got use to it anyways. The air con is quite cold but if I lowered the temperature, it gets quite stuffy, no air flow. I didn’t want to open the window due to the “buzzing” sound, so, I think maybe an electrical fan inside the room might make my stay a little more comfortable than having to raise the temperature from the air conditioner.

「絶対おすすめです！」

立地が最高に良かったです。静かで駅も近く、スーパー(中国系も有)郵便局、コンビニ、全て徒歩範囲でした。また、無人ホテルの為、1階にタオル、ゴミ袋等が設置してあり、必要であればいつでも受け取る事が出来ました。ゴミは分別の必要がなく、1階のゴミ置き場にいつでも捨てる事が可能です。

キッチン(食器洗浄機)をもう少し、お掃除してあると最高でした。

「Wi-Fi環境が改善されたらまた泊まりたい」

部屋は思ったより清潔でしたし、充分広くてゆったりと過ごせてました。近くにはコンビニ、スーパーが充実してたし、最寄り駅(地下鉄御堂筋線大国町駅6番出口)からもとても近かったので良かった。

・1週間強の滞在中ほとんどWi-Fiが繋がらなかった、、これだけは本当に残念。・トイレットペーパーが少ない・テレビの設定が中国語で分からない・スタッフが無愛想・足音、騒音が酷かった・調味料が置いてない・ゴミ箱が小さい

とても広くて、料理もできて、セルフチェックインで快適に過ごせました。旅行支援が使えたのでよかったです。

WiFiの調子が悪く、テレビがネットに繋がりませんでした。ソファの下にほこりがあったので、空気清浄機があれば安心です。

「大満足のアパートメントでした」

難波の隣町で歩いて難波を楽しめる距離でした。綺麗で広く自宅に帰ってきたかのような安心感。安い駐車場がいくつもあり助かりました。

「小さい子供も快適に過ごせる」

部屋が綺麗でファミリールームだけあり、ベッドが大きく、子供向けのおもちゃやぬいぐるみ等あり、電化製品が揃っていて良かった。部屋が土足じゃないとこも良かった。

部屋の清掃があまり出来てなかった。埃やベッドの下にボールが落ちたままだった。先客のストッキングが子供テントから出てきた。

「全体的に快適に過ごせた」

立地がよく、新しくて綺麗。

みなさん書いてある通り、ソファーの下にお菓子のクズがいっぱい落ちてた。寝ようとしたら掛け布団のシーツの中にバスマジックリンが入っていてびっくりした。まな板が汚くて使えなかったカウンターでの食事がしにくかったのでテーブルの少し大きいのがあったら良かったと思う
